About me

I have an avid flare for designing and making jewellery, gained over 35 years of experience. My passion is for sourcing exceptional gemstones, which I set in jewellery crafted to the highest quality.

I first entered the jewellery trade on an apprenticeship, and upon completion I was awarded a trade certificate in Manufacturing Jewellery. I then registered with The Jewellery Industry Registration Board of New Zealand.

I then moved to London to work for Theo Fennell, and later, for Graff Jewellery, helping them create jewellery for which they are renowned the world over. It was while at Graff Jewellery I would take leave to study Computer Aided Design at the Metropolitan University of London.

Pursuing and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship over many years eventually gained me entry as a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Goldsmiths of Great Britain.

Along with producing fine jewellery, a long-standing passion of mine is for exquisite gemstones and diamonds. To better understand their beauty and their mysteries, I enrolled at The Gemmological Association of Great Britain in London.

After completing my studies, I was awarded with a Diploma in Diamonds and another in Gemmology, allowing me to become a Fellow of this Association and joining the many leading Gemmologists throughout the world.

With a passion undimmed by the years, I use the knowledge I have gained to continue to produce fine jewellery. Jewellery which can be worn by anyone who shares my passion for the elegant design and the captivating allure of nature’s true gems.
